Best Practices
  • Use Fast Track Campaigns if you are new to retail media or want a quick setup.

  • After the first campaign, duplicate or adjust campaign formats & selections as you learn more about your strategy.

  • Avoid changes during the 21-day learning phase for Conversion/Revenue Optimizers. Let campaigns run for 2 weeks before making initial optimizations.

Campaign Goal
  • Choose Maximize Revenue for the best return on ad spend and higher profitability.

Product Selection
  • Add at least 10 or more SKUs per campaign, preferably from the same product category. This improves relevancy, makes it easier for the system to find impressions, and helps spend the budget.

Budget
  • If you expect a campaign to be always‑on or don’t know an exact end date, we recommend choosing a Daily budget (with a far‑out end date) to avoid extremely small daily budgets caused by spreading a fixed total budget over many months.

  • If you select Total budget, be aware that the system computes an implied Daily Budget as Total budget ÷ the number of days between start and end.

  • The max CPC you set in Fast Track is an upper bound. We recommend setting a max cpc about 20% above the min. bid, this gives the optimizer enough flexibility to win auctions and pace correctly, without exposing the campaign to unexpectedly high CPCs.

Campaign Balance
  • Balances must be created before you start setting up your campaign. This ensures the balance is available for selection during the setup process.

Optimization Tips
  • If performance looks limited, check whether the implied daily budget is too low and consider:

    • Increasing the total budget

    • Shortening the flight

    • Switching to a Daily budget

  • Shift the optimization strategy from Conversion to Revenue and vice versa if the current strategy is not working.
