What are Contact List Segments?
Contact Lists are groups of users built using contact information, like email addresses or customer IDs. These lists come from our first-party data, such as CRM systems, web and app behavior, or even offline customer interactions.
They help you target real customers based on what we already know about them, giving you powerful and precise audience targeting for your Onsite Display campaigns.

What you will see in the Contact List tab?
To view all the Contact Lists available for you:
Go to Audience and Segments under Shared Library.
Open the Contact List page under Segments.
Here, you’ll see all the lists that are made available to you by us for targeting in your campaigns. For each Contact List, you'll find:
Name: The label given to the segment.
Size: Number of people in the list.
Uploaded IDs: Total number of IDs submitted.
Matched IDs: How many IDs were successfully matched to our users.
Match Rate: The percentage of uploaded IDs that were matched.
Last Update: When the list was last changed.
