What is Data Freshness?

Data freshness tells you how recent the data on your dashboard is. It shows the latest time your ad results (like clicks, views, or sales) were updated.

Why doesn’t the data update instantly?

The numbers you see (such as impressions, clicks, or sales) are not displayed in real-time. There is usually a delay of 8 to 24 hours, as sometimes we receive the data immediately, but sometimes it takes longer. We need time to process it and make it available on the dashboard.

What happens during data processing?

Once we collect the data, our system:

  • Matches the right clicks, views, or sales to your ad.

  • Follows your campaign’s attribution settings (like how long after a click a sale can be counted).

This takes time to make sure the data is accurate.

Why can the numbers change later?

Even after your ad stops running, your dashboard data might still change.

This can happen when:
  • A sale happens later (within the time window you set). We then count it, and your sales or ROAS (return on ad spend) might go up.

  • We detect fraudulent clicks (invalid traffic). These are removed, so your click count might go down.

Where to see the Data Freshness information?

You can find the Data Freshness Notice at the top of every dashboard under the Campaign and Analytics sections.

This shows the most recent time your data was updated.
