



Account Notifications
The platform can send you automatic notifications to keep you informed about important events that may require your attention.
Notifications can help you stay on top of key actions, such as budget limits, approvals, and validations.

Types of Notifications
Notifications are grouped into three main categories:
Booking & Approval
Line item proposal is approved or rejected by the retailer.
Line item creative is approved or rejected by the retailer.
If the item has stopped spending after 24 and 48 hours of being active.
Keyword Review
Keywords within your Sponsored Products campaigns submitted for validation have been reviewed.
Budget Alerts
A line item hits its daily budget cap before 12 p.m. (your account’s time zone).
A line item hits its monthly budget cap.

How You Receive Notifications
There are two ways to receive notifications:
In-App Notifications (Default)
Notifications appear in the bell icon at the top right of the UI.
Clicking the bell opens a panel with all recent alerts.
Selecting a notification takes you directly to the impacted line item, so you can take action quickly.
Email Notifications (Optional)
You can opt in to receive email notifications for specific events.
Emails are sent to the address registered to your account.
Each email includes a direct link to the impacted line item.
Next to each notification, choose whether to receive notifications in-app (UI) and/or by email. By default, in-app notifications are ON, and email notifications are OFF.
By customizing your notifications, you can stay updated on key account events while keeping alerts tailored to your needs.
